Jessie Williams was charged by bill of information with two counts of forcible rape, La.R.S. 14:42.1, and one count of aggravated burglary, La.R.S. 14:60. Pursuant to a plea bargain, he pled guilty to one count of forcible rape and the state dismissed the other charges.
