This is a civil action wherein the plaintiff Moellers North America, Inc. ("Moellers") alleges that defendants are liable for trade libel, tortious interference with contract, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, negligence, unfair competition, and violations of the Lanham Act. Defendants counterclaimed that plaintiff has infringed on three patents held by defendant MSK Verpackungs-Systeme GmbH...
