Naomi L. Fine has appealed from the decree dissolving her marriage with Brent L. Fine. In lieu of paying the costs of the appeal, Naomi filed an affidavit of poverty under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 25-2301 (Reissue 1989). After that affidavit was filed, the district court found that Naomi was not indigent and that the appeal was frivolous and not taken in good faith and therefore denied her application to proceed in forma pauperis.
