Phillip Lee Hull ("Lee"), a minor, by his natural parents, Phillip Gene Hull and Tanya Lee Hull, and purportedly represented by attorney Stephen Wolfe, appeals the district court's decision to change Lee's trust to a fully reversionary trust in favor of the United States.
