OPINION AND ORDER

DOUMAR, District Judge.

Plaintiff Carlis Hart ("Hart") brings a suit against Defendant Riverside Hospital, Inc. ("Riverside") under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act ("EMTALA"), 42 U.S.C.S. § 1395dd (1993). Presently before the court is a motion by Plaintiff to amend her complaint. For the reasons stated below, the motion is DENIED.
