(CER) appeals the order of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Bradford, J.) dismissing CER's appeal from a Forcible Entry and Detainer (FED) judgment (Portland, MacNichol, J.) in favor of Kubota Tractor Corporation (Kubota).
