Defendant Robert R. Teramae, D.D.S., has filed a motion for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiff Carla Lenker has failed to establish a prima facie case of dental malpractice. Oral argument on this issue was held before a panel of this court on March 29, 1995. For the reasons set forth below, defendant's motion will be denied.
