("T.M.H."), the owner of the property on which Plaintiffs' son died, and Gordon Hall, the President and controlling shareholder of T.M.H., assert that Kentucky law bars Plaintiffs' recovery for the effects of Defendants' negligence because Plaintiffs' son had signed a release before...
