CURETON, Judge:

This is an action to foreclose a purchase money mortgage and enforce a mechanics' lien on property now composing the Eagle Lake and Golf Horizontal Property Regime. Eagle Lake and Golf Condominiums Homeowners Association, Inc. (Association) appeals the master's order of foreclosure and sale. We affirm in part, reverse in part and remand.
