This is an asbestos case. Appellants, collectively referred to as the "Workers," filed suit against Pittsburgh Corning Corporation to recover damages for personal injury and death caused by exposure to asbestos products manufactured by the corporation. A jury failed to find the company's products were defective or that the company was negligent. Consistent with that verdict, the trial court entered a take-nothing judgment...
