Plaintiff filed this suit pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, seeking that defendant National Football League ("N.F.L.") "take some affirmative action to stop fans from subjecting black football players to racial abuse." Pl.'s Letter Br. at 1. The parties stipulated to dismiss the action without prejudice, agreeing that the Court would retain jurisdiction over the matter...
