(collectively, "SIPCO"), violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq. ("ERISA"), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 ("ADEA"), by reducing plaintiffs' compensation and retirement medical benefits and denying them severance...
