Plaintiffs, owners of an automobile, filed an action against defendants for conversion and replevin of the automobile. Defendant Bick Corporation filed a counterclaim against plaintiff Lee Anna Jefferson on her promissory note and against both plaintiffs to establish an equitable lien in its favor on the automobile. After a bench trial the trial court entered judgment in favor of defendants on the conversion counts and in favor of plaintiffs...
