In this Texas workers' compensation appeal, National Union Fire Insurance Company ("National Union") seeks to have a judgment in favor of plaintiff Sue Pansegrau ("Pansegrau") reversed on various grounds. Pansegrau, for her part, cross-appeals the decision of the district court to reduce the amount of her judgment.
