Jason Aaron Risser appealed from a judgment of conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol. We affirm.

Officer James Carroll, Grand Forks Police Department, arrested Risser for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages at 1:19 a.m. on November 18, 1992.
