This case involves a challenge to awards of punitive damages against Alexander & Alexander, an insurance broker, and against Mary Scheeler, one of its vice presidents. A jury awarded the punitive damages under a count alleging tortious interference with a contractual arrangement concerning insurance commissions. The jury determined that the plaintiff, B.
