Julia McMillon was indicted on one count of conspiring to distribute fifty grams or more of cocaine base from June 1990 through March 1991 in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and seven counts of distributing cocaine base of various amounts on a number of dates between August and October 1990 in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). After two of the distribution counts were dismissed, McMillon was convicted on all six remaining...
