Plaintiff, The Detroit News, Inc., appeals as of right the denial of its motion for production of documents and the dismissal of its claim under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
