Appellant Gary Allen Wilson was tried by jury and convicted of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (PCP) With Intent to Distribute in violation of 63 O.S.Supp. 1985, § 2-401, in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-88-4540.
