This matter is before the Court upon various motions by the parties. On January 26, 1994, this Court entered a Memorandum and Order granting plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to plaintiff's claim for breach of surety bond in the amount of $50,000.00 plus interest at a rate of nine percent (9%) per annum from the date of breach until satisfaction of the judgment.
