This action seeks to enforce an oral contract that allegedly was made between persons interested in the proposed business of a corporation to be formed, and under which twenty-five percent of the stock would be issued to the plaintiff in consideration of the plaintiff's employment services, or of the corporation's use of certain equipment owned by the plaintiff, or of both.
