A jury convicted James F. Arndt of committing Class B felony child molestation, I.C. § 35-42-4-3(a), and Class C felony child molestation, I.C. § 35-42-4-3(b). He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment for count I and four years imprisonment for count II, to be served concurrently.
