Defendant Angelo Favarolo ("Angelo") was convicted after a jury trial on November 18, 1985 and was sentenced on May 17, 1988, to a term of imprisonment of seven years, execution of which was suspended, five years probation, 300 hours community service and a $100,000.00 fine.
