This appeal is from the April 25, 1993 order granting appellee, David M. Adams, M.D., summary judgment. Appellants, Joseph and Stacy Szabo, raise one issue for our review:

Whether genuine issues of material fact exist, precluding Summary Judgment, as to the liability of an operating surgeon, pursuant to the "Captain of the Ship Doctrine" and agency principles, where the surgeon was present at the surgical procedure along with the anesthesiologist...
