This case involves an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County granting the preliminary objections for lack of jurisdiction and venue of the defendant, Peter C. Boisseau, Jr., and dismissing the complaint of the plaintiff appellant, Colt Plumbing Co. We reverse.
