(Appellant) from the unreported Memorandum Opinion and Order of the Commonwealth Court affirming the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, 596 A.2d 312, which in turn affirmed the order of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (Board) affirming an order of one of its administrative law judges imposing a suspension totalling thirty days...
