The various plaintiffs and intervenors (appellants) appeal from the trial court's grant of a motion to dismiss in favor of Shrake's Country Club Pharmacy, Inc. (Shrake's). The trial court held that a pharmacy has no duty to warn either the customer or his physician that prolonged use of a prescription drug dispensed by the pharmacy or use of the drug in combination with another prescribed drug may lead to addiction...
