OPINION

MONTEMURO, Justice.

Appellants Daryl Schulte, Linda Fox Trinnes, and Edward Trinnes appeal from an Order of the Superior Court vacating the jury's award of damages as inadequate and remanding the case for a new trial on the issue of damages alone. We affirm.
