Defendant pled guilty to second degree murder and received a life sentence. He presents two arguments on appeal: (1) May the trial court find the aggravating factor of premeditation and deliberation where the only evidence in support of such factor is defendant's own testimony at a separate trial of his codefendants? and (2) Did the trial court err by denying defendant's motion for further mental evaluation and a continuance?
