Plaintiffs Dale A. and Dallas K. Morris appeal the Superior Court's (Knox County, Marsano, J.) grant of a summary judgment to Defendants, attorneys E. Allen Hunter, Richard D. Solman, Richard N. Solman, (collectively "Hunter"), and William J. Smith ("Smith").
