Douglas A. Gibbs appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County on November 10, 1993, following his conviction by a jury of statutory rape, aggravated indecent assault, and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of five to ten years and directed to pay the costs associated with his prosecution. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the judgment of sentence...
