In a three-count indictment, the appellant, Adrian Bernard Clark, was charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. Following the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress, Clark pled guilty to the offenses charged, reserving the right to challenge on appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress in accordance with Mims v.
