This matter came before this court on April 15, 1994, on a motion by defendant, North Jersey Cleaning Services, Inc. to dismiss plaintiff's complaint pursuant to Rule 4:30A. I reserved decision with regard to the issue whether to bar plaintiff's complaint under the entire controversy doctrine.
