The defendant, Raymond Rogers, was found guilty of three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2 (1986), after a jury trial in Superior Court (Fauver, J.). On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred in refusing to grant his request for a mistrial based upon the comment of a witness and in limiting cross-examination of the minor victim regarding her prior sexual activity.
