Claiming error in the failure to find a material change in circumstances, the respondent father, Ralph Edward Sabatka, appealed the district court's dismissal of his petition for a reduction of his child support obligation to the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Under the authority granted us by Neb.Rev. Stat. § 24-1106(3) (Cum.Supp.1992) to regulate our caseload and that of the Court of Appeals, we removed the cause to this court and now affirm...
