GERBER, Judge.

Appellant-Petitioner Ingmar R. Ekmanis (Ekmanis) appeals from his conviction for one count of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and from the sentence imposed. He also seeks review, in propria persona, of the trial court's summary dismissal of his petitions for post-conviction relief.
