Defendant-appellant Patrick Nolan McSwain entered a conditional guilty plea under Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2) to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and to carrying and using a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
