The appellant, Bentley C. Adams III, an attorney, appeals from a summary adjudication of direct criminal contempt on January 27, 1994, based upon his conduct in the presence of the trial court at the subject hearing and while representing Stephen Buice, in connection with a DUI and related charges in the State Court of Rockdale County, in an unreported proceeding on January 6, 1994.
