OPINION OF THE JUSTICES (Marital Masters' Contempt Powers)

Supreme Court of New Hampshire.

April 15, 1994.

"Whereas, an amendment has been proposed to HB 1135; and

"Whereas, RSA 491:23-a as proposed by HB 1135 as amended...
