Harry Bright appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County. We affirm.
On April 22, 1992, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Officer Brian Chowka stopped Bright at a sobriety checkpoint in Shamokin, Pennsylvania.
