This is an appeal from an order terminating the parental rights of Dennis C. Johnson and Annetta L. Johnson on the basis of child abuse and neglect and denying grandmother Linda L. Smith custody of the minor children. The minor children involved in this action are a daughter born 24 October 1986 and a son born 14 July 1988.
