CLABORNE, Judge.

Schneider Enterprises, Inc. ("Appellant") appeals a new trial order limited to the issue of damages. Three issues are raised on appeal: (1) whether the trial court specified with sufficient particularity the grounds upon which it granted the new trial; (2) whether the trial court acted within its discretion in granting the new trial; and (3) whether the trial court properly limited the new trial to the sole issue of damages...
