HATHAWAY, Judge.

Fred Roscoe (Roscoe) appeals his convictions by a jury of two counts of aggravated assault on police officers, class six felonies, one count of disorderly conduct, a class one misdemeanor, and one count of resisting arrest, a class six felony.
