In extradition proceedings, a magistrate judge found probable cause to extradite Thomas Ludecke and Stephan Vogt ("Petitioners") to the Federal Republic of Germany. Petitioners applied for a writ of habeas corpus challenging the magistrate judge's finding of probable cause.
