Plaintiff Johnny Lewis appeals, pro se, from a summary judgment dismissing his employment discrimination action. Lewis alleges that defendant Gillette, Co., unlawfully harassed him over a several year period, and ultimately discharged him from employment, because he testified against the company at a race discrimination arbitration hearing. His complaint also asserts race discrimination and breach of contract claims under Massachusetts and federal law...
