The Port of Grays Harbor appeals from a superior court judgment awarding Phillip and Sonja Roderick attorney fees and costs as condemnees in an abandoned eminent domain proceeding. The appeal necessarily brings up for review the trial court's prior refusal to dismiss the Rodericks as parties. We reverse.

The Rodericks were the sole shareholders of the Roderick Timber Company...
