Defendant-appellant Eduardo García pled guilty to one charge of assault on a federal officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1) and (b). Using the 1992 version of the Sentencing Guidelines, the district court sentenced García to 41 months imprisonment. Garcia appeals his sentence, claiming that the district court erred (1) in selecting the aggravated assault sentencing guidelines; (2) in imposing a four-level specific offense...
