The State Bar of Georgia filed a formal complaint against Brace W. Luquire, alleging that he had violated Standards 4 (engaging in professional conduct involving dishonesty and fraud), 45 (b) (knowingly making a false statement of law or fact), and 68 (failure to respond to disciplinary authorities) of Bar Rule 4-102 (d). Based upon Luquire's prior disciplinary infractions, the State Bar further alleged that this is an appropriate case for imposing discipline...
