This appeal presents the issue whether the trial court abused its discretion in determining that Barbara Ellen Dodd (mother) lost her right to claim child support arrearages from appellee Norris Lincoln Dodd (father) through her agreement to accept reduced child support payments and her delay in bringing her claim. Because the record contains insufficient evidence to support waiver, estoppel, or laches defenses, we reverse and remand...
