This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals reversing a judgment of the circuit court for Milwaukee County, Honorable John E. McCormick, Judge, and reinstating an award of an arbitration panel in a personal injury claim. The arbitration panel concluded that the plaintiff, Kathy Lukowski (Ms. Lukowski), was forty percent causally negligent for failing to wear her seat belt as a passenger in a one car accident and reduced her damages accordingly....
